Are these authentic POP MART products?

Yes! Everything in my shop is from the official POP MART company. All the items should come with a QR code on the back of the boxes which you can scan to authenticate. Some pendants will have a QR code on the tag as well.

When will I receive my order?

Once I get your order, I will ship it out within 2 business days. Most of the time, I will ship it out the following day (excluding weekends). Depending on where you are located, the package should get delivered between 2-5 business days.

Why are the prices higher than retail?

I try to make the prices as affordable as possible but because I purchase from POP MART, I pay for everything at retail price including taxes and shipping fees. There are also website fees I have to pay for per order. I am not a business and I am simply rehoming from my own personal collection that I purchased on my own free time. I am using this as a platform like fb marketplace or ebay to sell my pre-owned products. Based on market fluctuations, new releases and other limited products will be sold at a higher price as a result. These are all factors I have in mind when I set the prices!
