Are these authentic POP MART products?

Yes! Everything in my shop is purchased directly from the official POP MART stores, TikTok lives, and website. I can provide proof of purchases. All the items should come with a QR code on the back of the boxes which you can scan to authenticate. Some pendants will have a QR code on the tag as well.

When will you do restocks?

I purchase directly from POP MART, so it really depends when I get my packages and which warehouse my items come from! It’s also difficult to get rare items because they’re very limited special drops. Most of the time, I update my shop randomly throughout the week (sometimes once or twice). Keep an eye out on my website and also my TikTok and Instagram for restocks! I will try to post a video the day of letting everyone know what time I will update my shop (:

When will I receive my order?

Once I get your order, I will ship it out within 1-2 business days. Most of the time, I will ship it out the following day (excluding Sunday). Depending on where you are located, the package should get delivered between 2-5 business days.

Why are the prices higher than retail?

I try to make the prices as affordable as possible but because I purchase directly from POP MART, I pay for everything at retail price with taxes and shipping fees. There are also website fees I have to pay for per order. Considering most of these products are also very hard to find, I take into account the time and effort I put into getting these items. New releases and other limited products will also be sold at a higher price as a result. These are all factors I have in mind when I set the prices! Thank you for understanding.
